Do you have a group of 5 or 6 people that would like to attend regular art classes in my Darfield studio? I am enjoying holding sessions this year for a group of local wāhine, and I am now offering a space for a second group of people.
My current group attends for two hour workshops, for three weeks in a row. We then break for a week or two before returning for another three week series. For each three week series we focus on something different (drawing skills, landscape, watercolour, printmaking, etc). It is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where the group ranges from complete beginners to the more experienced, and the emphasis is on getting to try out a variety of approaches to see which ones you find enjoyable and effective.
